2. Products

We sell print-on-demand greeting cards, including personalised items.

  • All products are made to order
  • Colours and designs may vary slightly due to screen differences and printing processes.
  • Some products contain jokes than some people might find offensive, or material of an adult nature. Please consider the recipient and whether the card is appropriate for them before buying.


3. Personalised Orders

For personalised cards:

  • You are responsible for ensuring all text and content is correct
  • We are not responsible for spelling, grammar, or errors submitted by you
  • We reserve the right to refuse content that is offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate

Once submitted, personalised orders cannot be changed or cancelled after production begins.


4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£)
  • Payment is taken at checkout via secure Shopify payment providers
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time


5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed after purchase and printed on demand
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs


6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of print-on-demand products:

  • Personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged
  • Non-personalised items may be eligible for return (see Refund Policy)


7. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Provide photos as evidence
  • We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate


8. Intellectual Property

All designs, text, and content on this Site are the property of Dad Joke Cards and Kenrick Sayers.

You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without permission.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
  • Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
