Shipping policy

Shipping is currently to United Kingdom only, with only budget shipping available.
Please allow 1-4 days for production plus 2-5 days shipping. Please note that these delivery times are only estimates and are not guaranteed. We outsource production and delivery to third parties and are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control

Currently we only offer Mail2Me for customers to write their own message and then send to the recipient themselves. Mail4Me is being considered for the future but not offered yet.

Please note that we will not be responsible if incorrect delivery address details were provided at the time of the order being placed.

The budget shipping charge remains the same for one order to a UK address whether one, two, three or four cards are included in the order. The maximum number of cards per order is four.
