Refund & Returns Policy

At Dadjokecards we hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, If your order arrives incorrect, damaged or you change your mind, please contact us by email within 14 days of receiving your order.
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Once we’ve received the returned item and confirmed its condition, we will process a full refund to your original payment method or offer a replacement. Please note that unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To start a return, you can contact us at kens@dadjokecards.shop. Please include your order number, a brief description of the problem and a photo or any damage or error. We will attempt to resolve things quickly and fairly.
Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 70 Barnfield Avenue, Kingston, Surrey, KT2 5RE.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Any personalised cards e.g.mail4me are bespoke and made to order, these cannot be cancelled or returned if you change your mind once production has begun. If the card is faulty or damaged please contact us immediately for a replacement.
Non-Delivery
If your order does not arrive:
- Contact us and we will investigate with the courier
- Replacements or refunds may be offered where appropriate
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
